I realize this is a pretty risky statement. I'm sure most tenants think they are good and most landlords think they are good as well. I bet there are fair housing law risks I take by stating there are good tenants and good landlords, but deep down inside you know who you are.
In my opinion a good tenant is a tenant that pays their rent on time, communicates to their landlord, has reasonable expectations and treats their apartment like it is their home because it is their home.
In my opinion a good landlord is a landlord that keeps their building or apartment in good shape, is accessible, responds in a reasonable timeframe, pays their bills on time and treats their building or apartment like it's someone's home, because it is someone's home.
